Anxiety Therapy For Women

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Emma. I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in helping women take back their lives and feel free from their anxieties, whether that be from past or current life events. Whether you’re a medical provider, facing a life change, in the midst of a medical diagnosis, navigating loss or processing things of the past, I’m here to help you find tangible ways to improve how you experience and show up in the world.

I’m licensed in both Georgia and Illinois and can see clients virtually for their mental health support. In-person sessions are available in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood.

What to Expect

  • 15 Minute Consultation

    When you sign up for an intro call, you’ll receive a link where we will meet and go over your current needs and how I may be able to help. If we decide it’s a good fit you’ll be scheduled for your intake session.

  • Therapy Intake Session

    This session is where we’ll go over your history as well as your current situation and begin to create our plan to get you feeling more balanced and happy. This session may be virtual or in-person.

  • 50-minute Individual Therapy Sessions

    In these ongoing sessions we will meet virtually or in-person to work on your healing and goals with a tailored approach to your individual needs.

I specialize in helping women overcome anxiety and self doubt while building the confidence to live your most fulfilling life. I want to help you with tangible insight to find your peace, figure out your plan, or just learn to slow down in an often messy world.
